How it works

VisitorGuide consists of a Counter Card and a Guide Page.

The Counter Card is placed where visitors need information. Visitors tap the card or scan the QR code to open a Guide Page on their phone.

The Guide Page brings together information related to that location, helping visitors quickly find answers and access the information they need.

How it helps

How it helps you

Useful information is often spread across signs, notices, labels, displays, printed materials, websites, and verbal explanations.

VisitorGuide brings together the information visitors need for a specific location, product, service, or visit.

This can help answer common questions, make information easier to find, and reduce the need to repeat the same explanations.

How it helps visitors

Visitors don't always know where to find the information they need.

VisitorGuide provides information tailored to the visitor's location, product, service, or visit.

This can help visitors find answers more quickly, without searching through multiple websites, signs, maps, or printed materials.

Examples

VisitorGuide can be adapted to suit different places and situations.

Each example shows how information can be tailored to a specific location, product, service, or visit, helping visitors find the information they need when and where they need it.
